This policy explains how Ameano Peptides LLC processes and ships your order.
Orders are processed within 0 to 2 working days. Most orders ship the same day when placed before our daily cut-off time.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends or holidays, are processed the next business day.
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
UPS is our primary shipping partner. We may use other reputable carriers when needed.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and your order total:
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information. You can also track your shipment on our Order Tracking page.
All applicable sales taxes are included in your order total at checkout.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Products confirmed as lost or damaged will be compensated or replaced. For full details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.
