Our products are intended strictly for laboratory research and development use. Due to the sensitive nature of these research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except under the conditions described in Section 2.

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will issue a refund or replacement only if:

  • You receive a product that is damaged upon arrival.
  • You receive an item different from what you ordered.

3. Reporting Requirements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photo and video evidence showing the damage or incorrect item.

4. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is unopened and unused.
  • The return is initiated within 7 working days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is approved due to damage or an error on our part, Ameano Peptides LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

7. Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns initiated after 7 working days of delivery.
